Janice Seaman (Dumont) born on September 11, 1951, passed away on July 6, 2012. Raised in Northfield, resided in Mays Landing with her husband of 39 years, Joseph W. Seaman, Sr. She is the daughter of Helen Dumont and is predeceased by her father, Sherman Dumont.
Janice is survived by her son, Joseph W. Seaman, Jr. and wife Amy of EHT; daughter, Jamie Leahey and husband Dennis of Northfield; five grandsons, Gabriel, Samuel and Nathaniel Leahey, and William and Charles Seaman; brothers, Jerry (JoAnn) and Keith Dumont; and a host of other family members.
Janice was a devoted teacher to the students of Estell Manor. She was a faithful member of Central United Methodist Church ministering in the choir and as a Sunday School Teacher.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, from 9 until 11am at Central United Methodist Church, 5 Marvin Avenue in Linwood. A Funeral Service will begin at 11am at the Church.
Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Mays Landing.
