Mays, Faith M., 49 of Pocono Summit, PA, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at her home, surrounded by family and friends. She was the loving wife of Markel Mays. Born on September 18, 1965 in Somers Point, she was the daughter of the late Helen Moore, born to Dorothy Williams and the late Edward Moore. Faith was a graduate of Buena Vista High School. She married Markel Mays on March 12, 2000 in Mount Pocono, PA. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her five children: James Zakrzewski, Jr., Joseph Zakrzewski, Candyce Mays, Tyler Mays, and Markel Mays, Jr.; her brother, Keith Schofield; her sister, Tara Adams; her grandchildren, Makyla Johnson and Jewels Zakrewski; and her extended family. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 27th at 11:00am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A viewing will be held from 10:00am until the time of the service.
