Chez Enjoli James aka “Tinka”, was born on February 12, 1982, and departed this life suddenly on Saturday, September 5, 2015. Chez attended local public schools in Atlantic City and Galloway Township, and graduated from the New Jersey Youth Challenge Academy in Ft Dix, NJ. Thereafter Chez served her country proudly as a food service specialist in the United States Army. After receiving an honorable discharge, she continued her pursuit in culinary arts and received a Certificate from the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College. Her business interests included owning and operating Lillian’s Girls, a local cleaning company affectionately named after her grandmother. She was a member of the New Redeemed Deliverance Temple in Atlantic City. Chez was an excellent singer and a gifted songwriter. Chez was predeceased by her brother, Adam Price. She is survived by two beautiful daughters, Yani & Zane McNeil; mother, Sonya Love (Joseph), father, Bishop Herbert James (Sheila); brothers, Kalin Waters and Travis Love; sisters: Tavia Johnston, Nakisha James-Frasier (DeJohn), Sinetra Gandy (Antonio), Shacondra James-Roseman (Jeslee), Laquinta Price, and Diamond Price; special friends, Malkia Greenidge, Shalil Graham, Yvette Michael, and Marcus McNeil; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. Chez’s Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015, at the Lighthouse Community Church, 1311 South Main Street, Pleasantville, NJ.
