Brewster, Richard E., 68, passed away on On Christmas Day, December 25, 2015. A Marine, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many entered heavens gates hopefully on a Harley motor cycle. Rick was from the Atlantic county area all his life. He served his country in Vietnam, met his soul mate 47 yrs ago and went on to have 3 children and was a father to his step son Anthony Vieth. There wasn’t a harder working man for his family, he worked for the carpenters Union local 623 for many years and then owned his own business with his wife and family, doing real estate turnovers. He was quick to reach a helping hand out to hundreds through the years. Rick leaves behind his wife Linda Brewster, 3 children Bryan ( Kyle ), Joshua (Amanda) Casey Wright (Michael) and his beloved grandchildren Bryan Jr, Lauren, Joshua, Zoey, Katarina, Sierra, Michael, and so many children and grandchildren related by heart, his sisters Pat Weintraub ( Marty) Donna Hartman (Bob) Barbara Rash, brother in law Mark Zenak and many nieces and nephews , He will be greeted in heaven by his step son Anthony and his brother George, and many of his Marine comrades in arms who he lost so many years ago in battle. Rick will be so very missed by his wife and family but will remain in our hearts till we meet again. Semper Fi Marine. There will be a memorial and military burial in Estelle manor veteran’s cemetery to be schedule soon. Also his ashes will then go to lay at rest in Arlington with his platoon.
