Irene May Olsen, passed away at home surrounded by her family on February 21, 2014. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on January 25, 1919 and resided in Pleasantville, NJ and then Daytona Beach, Florida area. Irene was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards and working on crafts. She was a member of TOPS. Irene has touched the lives of many people with her kind and generous ways and always making time for others. She was the first one to show up when needed. She was predeceased by her husband, Russell; her parents, Florence and Gustav Englehardt; step father, Henry Yanosch; brother Edward and sister Elizabeth Jones. She is survived by daughters; Marjorie Berry (Jack), Alice Arlan (Roger) and Linda Norberg (Richard); and sons, Russell (Doris) and Harold (Betty); seventeen grandchildren and twenty seven great grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 11am at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield, NJ. Friends may call from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville, NJ.
