Margaret Ann Stringer, 52, of Hammonton, passed away on Tuesday, March 11. We celebrate the life of Margaret, who blessed those who knew her with her openness, compassion, and adventurous spirit. As a member of an Army family, Margaret traveled extensively growing up. She was a graduate of Mainland Regional High School, West Chester University, with an Masters Degree from Temple University. Margaret was the swimming teacher and physical education teacher at Hess School, Mays Landing, NJ since it opened in 1991. She was an avid swimmer and tri-athlete. She instilled her passion into her students as a life-long teacher. With her open, caring nature, she was a bridge and connector to her friends and family. Margaret was the beloved daughter of LTC (Ret) Paul and Louise Stringer, the proud mother of Valerie Berrios, stepmother of Laura Berrios, grandmother of Wyatt, and adored sister and aunt with 9 siblings, their spouses, and 17 nephews and nieces. Margaret was beloved by all who knew her. A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 6pm until 9pm at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home 1650 New Road, Northfield. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 10am at the Shore Fellowship Church, Ocean Heights Avenue, EHT. Burial will be held at the Union Cemetery, Mays Landing, NJ.
