William Rick Radcliffe, of Mays Landing, NJ was born on Jul 26, 1953 to the late William Harold Radcliffe and survived by his mother, Marilyn Joyce Radcliffe. He passed away on May 16, 2014 at Jefferson Hospital after a long battle with cancer. He is also survived by his sisters, Debra Lee and her husband Mark A. Johnson of Connecticut and Joni-Lynn and her husband Robert H. Cummings of Northfield; his brother Dean Taylor Radcliffe and his wife Marie of Mays Landing; two aunts, six first cousins, ten nieces and nephews and six of their children. Best friends, Harry Raub, Dean Anderson, John and Gigi Nugent, Jim and Anne Smith, David and Niki Jackson, and Tom Maddox. Rick was his name, 61 years of great expectations and unbroken promises for the true gift of life and laughter for family and friends. He cast his spirit of true integrity and great appreciation for life with everyone he encountered. He started his working life installing residential HVAC and soon became a permanent construction manager for JJ Nugent and Shore Builders. Rick loved the Beatles, Elton John, riding motorcycles, home design and natural art of landscaping and enjoyed nature. A viewing will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Rd, in Northfield, and from 10:00am to 11:00am, on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at the funeral home. A service will follow at 11:00am. Burial will take place at Head of the River Cemetery, in Estell Manor. Arrangements entrusted to and condolences for the family may be left at Adams-Perfect.com
