Andrew (Chick) R. Biscieglia Jr., age 79, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2014. Andy was born in Atlantic City and was a lifetime resident of Atlantic County. He retired from Wheaton Plastic-Cote in 1990 where he worked for 33 years. A Navy Veteran of the Korean War, Andy was a Lifetime VFW member. Predeceased by his wife, Helen; parents, Andrew and Elizabeth Biscieglia; and brother, Philip. Andy is survived by his daughter, Sharon(Dave); sons, Andy, Mark(Carolyn) and Rodney(Anna); two stepsons, David and Jimmy; brother, Charles and many grandchildren. His favorite pastimes were playing blackjack and spending time with his family. He is irreplaceable and his sense of humor and stubbornness will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing from 10-11 am Tuesday, July 22 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish-Church of Assumption, 146 S. Pitney Rd. Galloway Township, NJ 08205. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am immediately following the viewing. Burial with military honors will take place at the Atlantic County Veteran’s Cemetery in Estell Manor.
