O’Neil, Nicholis Zuccarino “Nicoletta” “Mickey” – passed away after a long illness on August 15, 2012 at the age of 85 years, under the care of Compassionate Care Hospice. She was born on January 24, 1927 in Atlantic City. She will always be remembered by her family and friends as a sweet and loving person who loved to laugh and be silly. She was an at home mother, and later worked as a housekeeping supervisor at the Days Inn. She lived in Germany, California and Texas with her husband, during his time in the army. She enjoyed her later years gardening, accompanying her daughter and grandchildren to places like Storybook Land and the Atlantic City Aquarium, watching science fiction television, and with her beloved cat, Muffin.
She is predeceased by her husband, Samuel Franklin O’Neil, and her siblings, Rose, Louis and James. She is survived by her children Ralph (Carol), of Egg Harbor Township, and Cheryle Aizley (Arthur) of Cranbury, and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the Adams Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Rd, in Northfield, on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 11am Friends may call from 10-11am, preceding the service.
