Devine, Harry, Jr. – 68 of Egg Harbor Twp., died peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Harry graduated from Atlantic City H.S. in 1964, and served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was employed by Resorts Casino for 29 years, and was a life member of the Scullville Volunteer Fire Company, where he also served as Fire Police. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Veronica; his children: Harry III, Veronica Shaner, and Alexis; his grandchildren: Brian, Christopher, Amber, and Amanda; his sister, Marie Detwiler-Sides and her family in Henderson, Nevada; his brother-in-law, Michael Fiedor and his family; and his loving dog, Snickers. A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2012 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Road, Northfield. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:00am at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, 6075 New Jersey Ave., Egg Harbor Township. A visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00am until the time of mass at the church. Interment will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
